“It's been a few years since I've shopped at a Kohl's store. This one is clean and well organized (and big)! Plenty of clothing items to choose from. Prices on some items seemed steep (e.g. shoes), while others seemed to be bargins (e.g. shirts). Over all, a nice shopping experience!”
“Big shoutout to Whitney and Vanessa. Whitney was indeed helpful as soon as we walked in (Vanessa was helpful as we were checking out). She asked how we were and asked for our names like she was getting to know us (usually, I ask for names or ask how the employees are first, so this was a first for me). That interaction itself makes a huge difference in the world of customer service, and we truly hope to see her and Vanessa there again. Her corporate and direct supervisors need to really recognize her and Vanessa for their absolute kindness, willingness to help and provide, and overall outstanding character. These days, too many people aren't happy where they work, and it shows. But when you put in your 100% into your duties all while smiling and maintaining a positive mentality, people gravitate toward that and keep coming back. These ladies give such impressions. People often don't realize that it's not the store manager or corporation that makes the business. It's the people that work there that make the business. Please, managers and supervisors, promote them ahead of peers, recognize them, and appreciate their rare human kindness. Thank you again, Whitney and Vanessa!”

“Nice selection of very nice clothes, great prices on brand name suits, some in the set with the pants. 4 stars for that. Nice shirts, shorts and pants from Hugo Boss, Nike, DKNY and more. However, some of the clothes are over priced.. I can get some of the same clothes for half the price or cheaper at Marshalls or TJ Maxx.”
“If you're not familiar with Chicos, it is a woman's clothing store. Their sizing is different from most department stores. They use double zero, zero, one, two, three. Ask one of the staff if you're not sure what size you wear according to their sizing.There are signs in the store that will tell you what size you might wear. They have pretty patterns of fabric and the clothes that are very current. Staff will be happy to help you if you have any questions. They also carry a selection of jewelry. Free parking outside.”
“Staff was very helpful with helping me find my son new shoes in his size. He’s outgrown all of his Vans so it was time for some new ones! This location is in a nice little shopping area with other stores and restaurants in walking distance.”

Had an amazing experience, many associates asked to assist me.Unbeknownst to them, they helped a homeless person have shoes that'll last me the next few years. Since we have no address, i had no clue how to get a pair. I'm extremely thankful.Beautiful assortments of jewelry, very nice stock of fashion, and definitely has something for everyone-young and old.”
