Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store, committed to being "the Helpful Place" in the community. It offers personal service, quality products, and a convenient shopping experience from local experts. The store is huge and pretty inside and out. While some merchandise can be low and prices can be very pricey, the customer service is consistently good, courteous, and professional. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, often going out of their way to assist. They help find purchase records, set items aside, and take time to test parts and provide guidance. This results in a great place to shop where helping customers is the most important task. It feels good to shop at this local store, which provides great help and service.
Haven’t been here typed in harbor freight and Google Maps took me here was going to leave a bad review but I generally like Ace so I won’t. Google Maps should get a 1 star for this one.
