“What a great place.
I was searching for an M6-1.0x65 or 70mm metric black oxide internally wrenching bolt.
They had both!
Jon stopped his work and helped me quickly and efficiently.
Great guy. He helped me solve a unique problem and as a wholesaler, had little to gain from it other than simply being a decent guy.
Thanks Jon!”

“Customer service rep Angela was a perfect example of what you would want to deal with when conducting business with an establishment.
Everybody I have dealt with in this company has been fantastic but I was advised that the incorrect lock would work and it did not. I had to pay to return the item. I spoke with Angela who understood the matter was their responsibility and offset my next order by the cost of the shipping I paid on the previous order. Things happen sometimes but this company is very response and wise to do good business like Angela did with me today. A $30 credit lead to a $370 order to be placed when they open tomorrow.”
“I love it here. They are so professional and I've been with them for 30 year's. The owner Mr. Barry works in the store also. I love it here. Helped me with the missing screws.”
“Grateful the staff were able to help order a product I needed when we realized it wasn’t carried in store! Super kind staff, really thankful for them. Definitely going back for all my home repair and garden needs.”
“Hands down the best welding supply experience I’ve had in Phoenix.
I’ve been going to the Vern Lewis Welding Supply on McDowell Rd, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Victoria, Vince, and Leisha. These three genuinely go above and beyond every single time I walk through the door. They’ve helped me out with everything from gas and welding supplies to making sure I’m getting what I actually need for the work I’m doing. If you’re a welder, fabricator, or just someone who needs welding supplies, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Great products, great service, and most importantly, genuinely good people.
Vern Lewis is lucky to have these three. 🤝🔥”
“This place is amazing! Everyone you run into is so helpful and friendly! Your day is only better by being blessed in the presence and service of Luis Victoria Christina Iliana Bob and his wife.... really great service! A must visit! Wear Good walking shoes and a smile... because they deserve one back! We come up from Marana and is so worth it! Enjoy your visit! ♡”
“Went to Rockler today for a drawer making class. It was very detailed, informative and fun. Definitely learned a lot and would go back for another class. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have all sorts of wood and tools for purchase as well.”
“A Phoenix staple, I’ve been coming here for decades!
Karsten’s Ace Hardware is hands down the best neighborhood hardware store. No matter what project I’m tackling, I can always find exactly what I need. Their in-stock inventory is top quality, and on the rare occasion they don't have a specific item on the shelf, they’re always happy to order it right in for you.
The store layout is clean, well-organized, and makes finding things a breeze. On top of that, their prices are great and the customer service is unmatched, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommend!”
“I went in kinda knowing what I needed, and the associate made recommendations in other things I would need to do it right. And he was right, easy to use and everything worked great when I made my water collector.”
“We purchase all our tarps from Arizona Bag Company! They have AMAZING customer service! Not to mention the quality of tarps are incredible! They are such an excellent team, no wonder they have been in business so long! These guys really know what they are doing! Call anytime and they will help with ordering custom tarps, cloth covers, bags and more!”
“Nice people to do business with. Gave me a discount after I told them the oil was a half quart low when I checked it before using. They made up for the small effort it took me to add the extra very nicely.”
“Amazing company always go in there , always goofing around.... And they goof around right along with me. I'm the goof there, the ball together, we're a goofball. I recommend this company to anybody & everyone”
“They are awesome and know the meaning of customer service. Brian is great and is always there to provide excellent customer service.I strongly recommend them to anyone.”
“This is not a store that I would typically go to just because of the type of business but my husband recommended it and they had exactly the product I needed! The quality was much better that what I could get at the hobby stores! I will definitely know now to check out more products in the future!! Customer service is excellent!!”
“Always came here for my on the fly needs, never disappointed
store is clean and organized
but today 3/4/26 I witnessed a thief stealing a couple boxes ,guy barely can walk but managed to steal,I was waiting for my wife at the store next to HFT and saw the thief
once wife got in the truck I let her know the situation and went after the guy but it was kind of late … a young man on a red truck was already taking action and getting the stolen stuff back ,the thief tried to pull something out of his backpack and I almost hit him with my truck, just trying to protect the guy, went to the store to see if I can see the guy but wasn’t there just wanted to say good job but don’t risk your life that
Going back tomorrow, need to buy some toot”
“I need to give a massive shout out to Larry who walked me through a brand new to me plumbing repair and didn’t look at me stupid (even though he should have). Thanks, Larry!”
“Very nice place they had everything I was looking for and more. Jeremiah was the young man helping me, very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about products in the store plus locations. I recommend this place for your home improvement and repair items.”
“Great customer service. Two employees asked if I was finding what I needed. The cashier double checked that I had grabbed a blade for the skill saw since some customers think it's included.”
“I was welcomed immediately by an employee doing inventory who asked what she assist with and helped. The staff is so wonderful and helpful and the customers are community’s that you can tell have been relying on them for years. They were so kind to give a local discount for my organization for my purchase even though they couldn’t find it on their computer system. I was also met with most wonderful customers that nothing but great things to say about this location. I will forever be returning to this location for all personal and professional needs they can help with!”
“I’ve been going to paint stores for a long time, but I’ve yet to meet somebody as helpful as Carson
I’m so glad I met this young man. He helped me in so many ways that helped my business model.
See Carson he is the bomb.
Raphy”
“Harbor Freight is like the “let me just grab one thing real quick” store… and somehow you leave with a welder, zip ties, a flashlight, and a tool you didn’t even know existed
Honestly though, they’ve got great tools for beginners, or for people testing out a new hobby, or me “I’ll probably only use this once” . But every once in a while you buy something there and suddenly you’re using it nonstop thinking, “Why didn’t I get this sooner?””
“Unparalleled and exceptional service from Corey at Howard's Ace Hardware procuring a new Napoleon Grill. Has not been set up or delivered yet, but I am expecting no issues with that. The service and information I received leading up to the purchase of a pretty expensive grill was unbelievable and I was consistently supported through all phases of the purchase (all made while several thousands of miles away). I am looking forward to bringing more of my business to this location (despite it not being the closest location to my house), as I am grateful for the ease of the transaction, Corey's friendly and expert advice and ongoing communication.”
“Staff went above and beyond to find a fitting we were looking for. Super friendly, helpful and I can’t thank you enough. No one else has this fitting and we would be without water in our motorhome until we got this part.”
“I wanted to thank the staff at this location for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. On two different occasions I have needed specific color matching and only a quart of each color, yet they treated me like their highest volume Pro customer!
In specific a young man named Georgieo Desira !!
I highly recommend him, great representation on what Dunn-Edwards was built on!”
“Heldt lumber has been my go to lumber supplier for 30 years. Way better quality than Home Depot or Lowe's. If you need lumber, call Heldt. Either that or you can go grab some twisted warped wood from somewhere else.”
“This location is better than most I've visited. It seems not as cramped and checkout line is better configured. It appeared to have more items available than other locations as well. Just seemed nicer. Staff was helpful and pleasant.”
“First time going to this Ace. Tyler greeted me upon entering, asked me if I needed help with anything, brought me to the item I needed and helped pick it out. Asked me if I needed anything else. Went above and beyond. Perfect example of why I go to Ace.”
“I ordered work gloves for my crew. They had my order in less than 48 hours ready for pickup upon arriving my order was already picked and ready for me to receive as soon as I reach the counter for purchase. Overall experience was excellent I recommend this company to others.”
“A huge thank you to Manny at Ace Hardware! He took the time to help me find the perfect bolts and nuts to repair my vintage 2005 Bratz doll after her head unfortunately broke off. I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to fix her, but thanks to his knowledge and patience, she’s back together again!
The customer service at Ace Hardware was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding the right solution, even for such an unusual repair. Again, thank you so much Manny!”

“I work heavy industrial electrical all over the southern part of the country and am constantly having to explain what different material is or am confronted with lack of what I need. Not here, Darren and Ryan know what everything is and are on point with information and timelines.”
