Liquor Wheel 3 is a great neighborhood convenience store and mom and pop store with a great atmosphere. It is one of the best damn neighborhood stores in Phoenix. The store recently remodeled and looks great, clean, and always clean. It is very convenient and has everything from liquor and cigarettes to bathing soap, all the snacks, ghetto snacks, suckers for the kids, crushed ice, and fountain drinks. The hours are the bomb, open early and late, the last store to close and the first to open. The service is great with great people who are always joking, always glad you came, and love their jobs. The help is good but slow. It is a place where everybody knows your name.
