Anthem - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center is a large, well-organized, and clean store with a wide selection of items. Customers often find many treasures and enjoy the friendly, helpful staff who create a positive shopping atmosphere. The store is accessible once the correct entrance is used, as the road from the Anthem off-ramp is closed due to construction. Staff members are described as accepting and supportive, making for a good work environment. Shoppers appreciate the fun and engaging employees, which make browsing enjoyable. However, some reviews mention occasional rude behavior from a few staff members, but overall, visitors have positive experiences. The store offers a variety of items, and some shoppers enjoy stocking shelves or finding unique deals. Despite minor issues, Anthem Goodwill is recognized for its cleanliness, organization, and friendly service, making it a worthwhile place to visit.
Clean store, organized for the most part. Employees were just throwing product up on shelf on top of other items instead of placing it and organizing. Found some great deals
