“Curious Nature is an absolute DREAM if you love oddities, taxidermy, and all things witchy.

My friends and I stopped in while visiting Phoenix and immediately fell in love with the vibe. The selection is incredible — so much dope taxidermy, beautifully preserved specimens, and unique pieces you just don’t see in regular shops. If you’re into bones, curiosities, or anything a little spooky and magical, this place delivers.

What really made the experience though was the staff. They were beyond knowledgeable and so genuinely sweet. I even chatted with them about my own taxidermy and wet specimen endeavors (shoutout to my frogs ?), and they were incredibly helpful and encouraging. You can tell they actually care about the craft and love educating people about it.

Beyond the specimens, they also have amazing witchy items, custom stickers, super cute shirts, and tons of little treasures you’ll want to take home. It’s one of those stores where you need to take your time because there’s so much to see.

If you’re in Phoenix and have even the slightest interest in oddities or the macabre — go. You’ll absolutely find something you love”

“I had such a good time at this store today! I brought my mother who’s visiting from the east coast. We couldn’t get over how many items the store has! But it wasn’t junk - it was clear that the owners have really worked hard on curating the selection. My mother was brought back to her childhood (in the 1940s and 50s) with some of the items, and I was brought back to my Gen X childhood with others! Great shop, a must see on the Phoenix thrifting circuit or if anyone needs a fun day out.”

“I recently had Irwin's replace the cane backing in a 60 yr old mahogany chair given to me by my father. I couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and fair pricing! They even touched up the wooden frame as well. This business is a priceless gem. I feel like discovered an emotional and practical treasure in what I brought home.”

“The Best Customer Service. Sawyer and Lilly were a big help. I was here from out of state helping my daughter find treasures for her new place. We bought a table and chairs but it didn't fit in the car. They helped us take it apart so i could fit. Thank you so much Sawyer and Lilly. We appreciate your help!!”

“Chris was amazing! His service and knowledge were top notch. He provided an expert saddle fitting and gave us so much valuable information about what to look for — from fit and comfort to overall quality. He even took the time to help us research my older saddle, which made the experience feel truly personalized.

I also brought in my 15-year-old saddle for cleaning and repair, and he made it look brand new! The craftsmanship and attention to detail were incredible.

The shop has a huge selection of saddles, tack, and everything you could possibly need. Between their expertise and their customer care, Cowboy Corner is a gem. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for a new saddle!”

“I stopped in here to find a gift for my husband for Christmas and was not disappointed. The staff was incredibly helpful. They welcomed me when I first walked in but didn't hover or annoy me while I browsed. When I finally was ready to ask a question, they listened carefully and helped me search and select the perfect gift. My husband loved it!

They have options for small $20-100 pieces if you're looking for something on a budget, as well as more pricey pieces like artwork, furniture, vintage jewelry, and antiques. You just have to be willing to search.

We'll definitely be returning here often and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautifully curated upscale vintage store in Phoenix with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“I absolutely LOVEEEE this shop!!! Be prepared to spend some time in there, if you want to look at everything, such as I did! This shop carries everything and anything you could possibly want or need. I also get a warm feeling when I notice items that my Great Grandma or relatives had or used at their homes. It's like traveling back to my youth...50 plus years ago! You have to keep going back because they keep adding new products in the store...The family that owns and works there are wonderful people. Very knowledgeable of all the old trinkets and will pass all of that information on to you. Prices are very reasonable compared to other vintage stores. The exact reason why I can't stay away from there!”

“I just had the pleasure of visiting this consignment store. The selection is amazing. Not only is the condition of the merchandise excellent the quality is there as well. I believe there is something for everyone. The store is huge, therefore, allow yourself enough time to see everything available. 15 minutes won't be enough. I'll also add the gentleman at the purchase counter was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.”

“I’ve had Antique Gatherings on my list for some time after having followed them on Instagram years ago. When they moved locations, they were actually closer to me, so I had no reason to not go. I finally got a chance to stop in, and my goodness. Hands down, the best antique store I’ve ever walked into in AZ. The price point is higher than others, but there is something for every price range if you take your time and look hard enough. I found a necklace, book, and Christmas ornament for ~$40.

I will say, the price point shouldn’t scare people away. The items are priced appropriately. If it’s not for you, it’s not for you. I am thrilled to have found a store that has quality items at a fair cost. Remember, it takes time for people to source these items and get them to this central location for antique lovers to purchase. Amanda and James have impeccable taste and were so kind.

I’ll definitely be making more trips and am excited to bring family when they come to town!”

“Would be 5 stars for all the cool vintage and furniture but not sure if the cocktail lounge is also a part??Jon made me a solid espresso and then I walked homeWould come back if it wasn’t so far , and it was crowwwwded edit would walk backJohn’s music on tues was ??????February 24 update I now realize in hindsight, I absentmindedly left my vaporizer on the counter while I went to get my smoke this can be seen as rude and like you were holding down a piece of real estate, which is not accepted in certain places, and I also might’ve gotten some vape into their open door while I stepped outside to smoke so when I vape in the neighborhood, I will make sure to see if the door is closed I need to quit smoking anyways and I am SMI with comorbidities for a young person My doctor has been telling me for years and I won’t do anything about it. ?Thanks for readingThe man with the mustache Blazze had two men send me home (had to walk??
