Come in to pair an Apple Watch. Was told I just needed to update my phone but if I had issues to call Apple support. Updated while I was still there but still not able to connect. Called Apple support and the first gal was very helpful but then transferred to someone who I could barely understand. She finally got quiet and hung up on me after 55 minutes of troubleshooting. Not worth the effort of trying to get help. Such a trrrible experience.

Honestly, the staff here was really unhelpful for a recent repair. It was a completely different Apple experience than I’ve ever had.

Don’t come here they waste your time…. Make you wait an ungodly amount of time “to make the store look full” and they gave us a loaner phone that was old and didn’t even use the current charger so we had to go buy one….. they didn’t offer one. After a month of them “fixing it” now we get our phone back with all photos and other information deleted and gone from apple backup after they did it in store. Now the apple account is messed up and empty. For a flagship store it seems like it’s being run by elementary school students and incompetent personal.

Sam was an absolute awesome person to work with. My wife needed help getting a faulty laptop charged and the data off, he literally sprung to action and got us going knowing it was a time crunch. After the data was secured we bought a new laptop from him and every step of the way it felt like he had our backs. I've been a PC user now for over 15+ years....but I may be back to buy a new MacBook Air because of Sam.

It is extremely rare for me to write a negative review, and I’ve been a fan of Apple for 20 years, but the service I’ve received from this store is questioning why I should ever stay loyal to Apple again. Employees are not caring the end result of the customer experience, and the same is true for the corporation. They have the item on the shelf, so it should be an easy swap-out like for like, but they constantly put time on the customer. I have waited 2 weeks for this item with zero communication from the store the initial expectation was 3 business day’s.

I had a wonderful experience at this Apple store. When I arrived, I quickly found out there was an issue with my online order. Multiple team members assisted me during my time there but Mason was especially exceptional. He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved. He is truly an example of great customer service! I can’t thank him enough for all his support in making my shopping experience as stress free as possible.

Very disappointing experience. Jeff, who identified himself as the store manager, seemed unwilling to de-escalate or offer real solutions. Basic scheduling for simple support wasn’t handled well, and it showed.
Hearing employees complain about being tired and not wanting to help the next customer—while customers are standing right there—was unprofessional. I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment before anyone even spoke to me, which set a terrible tone.
Overall, it was a waste of time. I recommend going to an authorized repair provider instead—you’ll likely get better service without the dismissive “can’t help you” attitude I encountered here.
Apple used to be known for great customer service. Unfortunately, at this location, as prices go up, service quality has gone down.

Nobody helps here even though they see you. I finally got someone’s attention just for them to send me to another employee. I waited an hr just to pick up an online purchase.
