Apple Scottsdale Fashion Square is an amazing place where customers can spend the whole day looking around. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Multiple team members provide great customer service, springing into action to solve device issues and help with orders, even near closing time. They work to create a great, stress-free experience and make customers feel supported every step of the way. Some note the store can be very cold inside during longer visits. Customers report wonderful experiences that make them likely to return.
