Helleen and Fabiola were great! Had an issue with upgrading my two phones there was a technical problem. Helleen messaged me on my phone to keep me updated and Fabiola finally got a IT technician on the phone who knew their job and was able to clean the error! These ladies were wonderful!

These ladies, Heleen and Fabiola, have the best customer service! We came into the store at 11am stayed almost 2 hrs because of technical issues! They both were on the phone trying to fix the Error code in the account! One of the most professional people we ever dealt with!
