Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! “Overall, I was pleased with the customer service at CPR. I went to other repair stores that estimated I would have to pay anywhere from $250-300 for the repair to my phone. At CPR, I only ended up paying a little over $90. They were friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced and went the extra mile in trying to fix the problem without ordering a new part.The only thing preventing a five star rating is that they initially ordered the wrong part for my repair, so the service took an extra week than originally expected. I don't think that would be a common issue for most, though. Other than that, I would highly recommend.”
