“I had been experiencing difficulty with my account due to a claim with Asurion. Asurion had swapped out my whole IPhone 16 plus when fixing a cracked screen, which led to my IMEI being improper in ATT’s system. After having customer service change it, my service dropped. I entered this location at 7:30pm. The staff member on duty, Frank, was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. Even though the time was close to closing, Frank went the extra mile after resuming my phone service, and he fixed my tablet as well. This was honestly the best service I have ever received at any phone service store. A huge thank you to Frank. May life bless you with continued security and success.”

“I just got my iPad fixed by Device Master on 48th Street and Ray Rd., and I highly recommend them! My screen was cracked and my charging port was not working so I thought I would need to buy a new iPad but now it’s totally fixed! Great service, great customer service and great workmanship. The only issue I had is with the return policy. These devices are final sale so you better make sure you have no buyers remorse with the device you purchase.”

“My daughter was down for Thanksgiving and left her phone on top of her car. Well, not noticing, she drove off and as you can imagine, that screen did not survive the impact. Frantic, I called many repair providers and they all went straight to voice mail! Then I called sun cellular. I remember his name today, Ian. Ian for sure heard the stress in my voice as I didn't want my daughter to drive all the way home without a phone; he was so helpful and kind.! He assured me that his tech, Alex, would be there promptly despite it being a holiday. And within 35 minutes of me calling sun cellular, Alex was there. He had my daughters phone fixed in 7 minutes! If you ever need a repair these are the two you want to handle it! Thanks again Alex and Ian!!!”

“My son who receives Social Security once a month went to pay his Cricket phone bill today and accidentally left his white envelope from the bank with his money on their counter. My son was frantic not knowing if someone found it and would keep it. I called the cricket store and spoke with Julia and she said she found it and kept it under the counter. “I had a great experience at this AT&T location after a mix-up with my phone order from a different store. Another AT&T accidentally placed the order wrong, and I was sent an iPhone 17 Pro instead of the iPhone 17 Pro Max I originally wanted.
Ayah went above and beyond helping me get everything sorted out. Even when the process got a little frustrating, she stayed patient, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire time. Thanks to her, I was able to exchange the Pro for the Pro Max, and in less than an hour I was walking out with the exact phone I wanted.
