Rep Angel runned over my helper didnt even blink or atop so he could pass him first which ovbiously he is just walking theu the main aisle, reached the Assistant Manager and advised him to talk to the guy and he disnt believe me. If this is the way they train their people you will continue to get this type of reviews.

I was needing a duplicate receipt for a purchase I made from my company credit card 2 weeks prior. I called and spoke to Anthony, he said come on in and will help. Once I arrived. It took him less than a minute to find my receipt!! Great customer service!!! Thanks Anthony

Love this autozone they are always very helpful and honest.The manager Anthony helped me get my battery swapped out under warranty after the 43rd and McDowell location lied to me and said that my battery did not have any warranty and didn’t even bother to check my battery. Both the manager and the cashier at 43rd and McDowell tried to stiff me into getting a new battery. They are very unprofessional.

This AutoZone in particular has the slowest commercial ever. Never had this issue at another store. They have 2 girls running commercial and both working with a lightning speed of a tortoise!! They also barely answer the commercial phone line and put you on hold forever. These guys need to hire a couple of more people in commercial to make things work efficiently

My complaint today was in this store, the lady on duty showed me a bad attitude just so that she charged me for a gallon of oil that, according to what a customer was serving, he was left in the parking lot for about 10 minutes. And she was not able to charge me there. I left your product this auto zone is on 34 av.y van buren k bad service...

I was here to pre order some parts. There were customers inside. Went ti the door ans it was closed. It's 8 till 2100. And then are already closed. I guess they don't want me to buy their stuff. I'll guess I'll go to O'Reilly
