Many customers report extremely helpful and five-star service, with staff taking time to help figure out solutions and even assist with installations like battery changes. However, there are consistent complaints about one manager who provides the worst customer service, which negatively impacts the store's reputation. Overall, when many customers need something auto-related, they think of AutoZone for its services and helpful staff, despite the issue with one individual.
This place was awesome because they had my wife's battery and even though I got a court charge for the battery, the battery was reasonably priced compared to my Infiniti QX60 so I was super happy.

The staff is always friendly. Some are more helpful than others but always friendly. Because of this, when I need something auto related, I think of AutoZone.
