They are always kind to Zoe and gentle with her, they go over her records and discuss if we need to do anything better.

When Luna passed away, the Banfield team was extremely sympathetic and empathetic to work with. Now I have Angel and again the Banfield team showed but pure love!

The staff is awesome, the facility is clean, and its a no-hassle way to care for pets. The only problem I had is, I took a stray cat in to check for a microchip, and they MISSED IT! The cat was chipped but they did not find it. Curious???
