Went in on Friday pm and they were very busy. There system went down and Karla stepped in and was great at helping the customers. They did a great job considering the circumstances and handled it in a very professional manner! Thank you

It's usually packed. However, I've always had great customer service there. The BofA on 24th street and Baseline which is closer to my house, is not open on Saturdays.

Everytime I go to this location, they give prompt service and I’m never waiting too long.. and ALL the employees are helpful
