Worst Bank of America in the valley I’ve literally tried to call them every single day for two weeks, and they refuse to answer the phone. How do I have my money in a bank and they don’t even care to answer their customers

The lady at the front desk with red hair, fake lips and blue contacts was so uncomfortably rude. I don’t understand how they allow her to treat customers the way she does. I immediately left and opened an account at Chase Bank. After decades with this bank….It was that bad.
