This bank just shorted me out of $100. I withdrew $520 and took it home to pay my Landlord and he said he got $880 and I had withdrawn the other 500 from my credit union. That dude had to have shorted me. Relatively young guy in glasses named Eric I believe. Update: I apologize PNC,I was wrong,I found out I wasn't shorted.

I was a BBVA customer, this location on 40th Street and McDowell has now been converted to a PNC Bank since the merger, which I am still a customer. After the merger, they installed security walls of glass or plastic between the customer waiting and employees at the teller counter and basically gives the impression that "you are in a bad part of town" and "we can't trust the citizens in this area because our insurance is so cheap and ridiculous." The employees are wonderful, kind and helpful but the impression I get while visiting is of embarrassment on behalf of the bank. I DO NOT like the feeling I get when my bank acts like you are visiting a prison, what's next? Armed guards with machine guns? Sad and disheartening.

The worst don’t go here they don’t know how to count. Yes you heard that right a bank doesn’t know how to count. It wasn’t one incident it was multiply. I made a deposit and silly them a $100 bill feel under their table and then found it the next day. Or I go to get change and they end up ripping me off I have to remind them you still owe me money. Double check everything with this branch.

Called this branch in advance to book a notary and new account appointment. I was told to "just come in..." Got there mid afternoon and was told I need an appointment/ they didn't have enough staff to assist me/ notary was at lunch. Was told to go to UPS for notary, why do that when I'm banking with you guys and it's a benefit of my account?Went to my back up bank and they handled everything.

I’ve had really bad experience moving from BBVA to PNC. The app is not user friendly at all and when I got locked out of the app and went to the office for them to help they said they weren’t able to give me a temporary password through email instead they have to MAIL it. It’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t received it. I don’t have access to my app so I have no clue as to how much I have, if there has been fraud alerts. And all they say is that they can’t help until I get the temporary password through mail. 1 month of change from bbva to PNC and I’m already closing my account and moving to another bank.

Went from BBVA to PNC. the last couple of times I’ve gone after the PNC switch I’m never able to deposit cash through the drive thru. It’s very frustrating because I don’t have time during bank hours to go and deposit with an actual person.

This bank is a scam! You will get hidden fees for every transaction you make. WARNING DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

Friendly enough at this location. But, I find it odd that none of their branches near me are open Saturdays. I recommend a solid larger branched bank or credit union.
