Every 5 star review written on here is by one of Erin’s friends. How pathetic do you have to be for the representative I called (after she blatantly lied) to file a complaint and be so sorry for me? The staff aren’t any better either. Reminded me of why I don’t bother leaving Scottsdale.

Don’t bother coming here, bunch of lazy people who would rather chat amongst themselves then assist you. At least this day in age you can find a bank anywhere, dont waste your time here.

Carlos was helpful from beginning to end. He let me know exactly what paperwork I would need to open a new account over the phone. Thirty minutes later, I was at his office. He cut back all the red tape and extras to help me maximize my plan. I definitely recommend.

Always a pleasant branch experience but awful phone service & incompetent people giving assurances with no follow thru. My checking account was hacked once and my credit card twice. Took 3 months to resolve and hours on the phone. Their fraud department is not open 24/7 so if you want to dispute a charge, you have to do it M-F 9-5. If criminals only operated during these hrs. that might be fine. Stay away from this place.

I have been a customer of this branch for years. I have my personal accounts as well as my business accounts with them and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I receive each and every time I visit this branch. Paul Echeveste and his staff are courteous, professional, and such a pleasure to work with.
