I swear there is an older woman there who is afraid to actually work. As i waited 15 mins, I watched her do nothing, and then eventually made up an excuse as to why she couldnt do a simple wire.
The saving grace was a woman named Jennifer Davis. She was a delight and very helpful.

Awful experience. They wasted an hour of time, the banker had an attitude and I had to prove to the banker that the credit card I was asking for existed. Disappointment of a location. I’ve had good experience with PNC in the past. Just avoid this location like the plague.

Every 5 star review written on here is by one of Erin’s friends. How pathetic do you have to be for the representative I called (after she blatantly lied) to file a complaint and be so sorry for me? The staff aren’t any better either. Reminded me of why I don’t bother leaving Scottsdale.
