  If you make a reservation make sure you keep your card locked they will hit it
  
  Then tell you they don’t see it coming and can’t find the transaction lol even though you have spent thousands of dollars staying at they establishment supposedly.

  We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. From the room to the service… all were a Hugh disappointment. Few of the employees were customer oriented. The room was a complete disaster. I’m certainly not spending any more money at any Best Western in the future!
