The Best Western InnSuites Phoenix Hotel & Suites is a pretty good hotel for long term vacations or as a convenient place to sleep near the airport and Scottsdale, offering great views of the mountains. The rooms are very basic motel-style, clean, and comfortable with a fridge and microwave, though they are in dire need of updating; some showers or bathtubs have strange adhesive patches or resurfacing issues. The staff receives mixed reviews, with some noting great service and communication, while others found them hard to find and uninterested. The included continental breakfast is enjoyed as more than adequate and amazing, with plenty of options like waffles, eggs, and yogurt. The property has grills near the pool and laundry facilities, though parking for large vehicles is very limited. It is considered a safe place to relax, but is not a fancy hotel for hanging out.
The room was clean with no bugs and wasn’t humid. There was no hot water though. I didn’t use the TV to see if it works and I overslept for breakfast. Would have gotten 5 stars if the hot water worked.

I come here every 6 months and have never had an issue. For the price on or off season it ROCKS!! It’s clean, safe, everything works and the lady that checked me in at 5pm 6/5/2026 was the sweetest!

Best stay of our trip! We only spent one of our four nights at this location, but it stood out as the highlight. The king room was clean and offered plenty of space for our luggage, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but overall it was a good experience.
