  We reserved a room in newburg.It was supposed to be a downstairs room. Not only did we not get the downstairs room they put us upstairs and my mother is disabled and has a hard time getting up the stairs.
  And we're supposed to have two beds, and we only have one bed.

  I was simply delivering a package and approached the receptionist, but unfortunately, she was very rude in her response. Instead of politely explaining that packages needed to be dropped off at the back, she gave me attitude and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. A courteous explanation would have gone a long way.

  There are way better hotels than Best Western at lower prices. I avoid all of their hotels. They are a greed based company.
