Front desk cannot allow anyone to see the room prior to booking. No refund available once booked. Noticed that Pictures online look very different once arrived considering exterior. Couldn't risk renting a room for a week just to find out issues inside the rooms.
Most reviews been reporting filthy rooms.
Guest bathrooms appeared dirty and haven't been restocked with papertowels nor paper towels.

Beware Don’t stay here and if you do you will be dissatisfied and I don’t want to tell you that I told you so Service is not good along with everything else that you would expect If you read the reviews look at how the management replies Seems to be an electronic message that they use constantly I will never use this hotel again I will rate this at a zero and below

This hotel was okay, the rooms were kinda dirty and the shower was gross. The breakfast didn’t have any juice or eggs. It did have a pool and hot tub though! Wasn’t a terribly bad experience but wasn’t great.

Too expensive for what it offers, the pictures are misleading false, everything is so downgraded and for the price honestly I could of found something better. Breakfast wasn’t good either no eggs just has browns and bacon

This Best Western should not be called The Best Western it's the Worst Western. Third night here have not had any room service was unable to get clean towels. Front desk service is awful don't follow through with what they say they're going to do. Talked with one of the maids she said she would take our dirty towels they were still left in my room. Had to walk to the front desk to get clean towels out of washcloths no bath towels. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. No maintenance on the property. Totally not worth $300 a night. Rust in the bathtub to add to the review 4th night still no house keeping. You'd think at the rate of $300 a night. Wed have house keeping. Worst Western would not recommend staying here.

This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had—and I travel frequently. We were in town for a soccer tournament and were shocked to find out that this was a motel, not a hotel, which was not made clear when booking.
I was traveling with two kids, and the room assigned to us had only one king bed. When I requested a switch to a room with two beds, I was hit with an additional charge of $739 on my credit card total of $1478 for 3 nights at a motel. When I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, she refused to help in any way.
The conditions were terrible. Every night, drunk guests were screaming outside my door, making it impossible to sleep. When I requested a third towel on the first day, I was told they didn’t have any extra towels available.
I could go on for days describing how awful this experience was. Between the misleading booking, extra charges, unhelpful staff, and unbearable noise, I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others avoid it.

Contrary to a lot of the reviews almost all of my experiences with the staff here were positive and the room was clean enough for my standards.
The one disappointment was the shower, which had a strange adhesive patch over a large section. You could see the edges pulling when you stand on it and it felt like you were sinking in. Makes you wonder what’s underneath that (it’s probably not good). Also, I went to the front desk the night before I left to get a washcloth to shower in the morning before my flight and they didn’t have any so that was a little disappointing.
Overall, though, I had a good experience here. Not sure if I would stay again though, to be honest.
Rooms: Room was clean enough in my opinion but the shower had a weird adhesive seal in the middle that would pull at the edges when you stood on it. Felt like you were sinking in when you stood on the spot. Makes you wonder what’s underneath that seal.
Food and drinks: Continental breakfast was enjoyable. Yeah the eggs look cheap but what do you expect? They tasted good in spite of that. Enjoyed making my own waffle. Coffee was okay. Had plenty of options for breakfast.
Noteworthy details: I didn’t use them but there’s grills near the pool area as well as laundry machines in the vending area.

Good location -- great views of the mountains and close to Scottsdale. Breakfast is more than adequate for a motel like this -- waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, muffins, etc. Rooms are very basic motel-style rooms, which was a surprise because I expected a hotel. This is not a place I'd want to hang out at -- it was just a place to sleep and eat breakfast before heading out for the day. We definitely paid more than it was worth due to Spring Training. The biggest problem was the staff -- they were hard to find and seemed bored and uninterested in helping customers. It honestly felt like they tried to hide in the back rooms so no one would ask for anything.

Literally one of the worst motel I left my a pretty expensive item behind on the furniture where the tv is at, and they said housekeeping didn’t find anything! This is very disappointing and I will be reporting this to the authorities.

We stayed here twice on our trip due to the proximity to the airport and the neighborhood. Both rooms were in dire need of updating. Our second room the bathtub had hastily been resurfaced but
there was rust still visible. The beds were comfy enough and it was clean. There was a fridge and microwave in each room as well. The breakfast in the AM was good and slightly different both days. I would stay here again but if you're looking for fancy, this is not your hotel.

First room we got was gross. Moved to another. Somewhat better. Wanted to change out our towels and "WE" had to chase down a room seevice person. Not impressed at all with this place.
Rooms: Woren out/beat up
Food and drinks: Breakfast was blah. Cold stale hash browns. Nothing special at all. We decided to go out after a couple days.

They do not have RV/Truck parking as advertised. They allow you to take a full row of spaces behind the hotel sign, only one RV/Truck can fit there. 1 of 2 of the dryers were inoperable, they have to empty the coins.
