Big 5 Sporting Goods is a large sporting goods store, offering a wide range of products, including athletic shoes, apparel, and outdoor equipment for various activities like camping, fishing, and team sports. Customers appreciate the good prices and the helpfulness of the staff, who are attentive and ready to answer questions. However, some reviews mention issues with employees’ knowledge of products, leading to incorrect sales. The store's exterior could use some improvements, as it appears uninviting, but the interior is clean and refreshing. While customers often find what they need, there are comments about limited selections in certain categories, like ammunition. Overall, Big 5 provides a solid shopping experience for sporting goods.
