“Best shoe selection I’ve seen, being a professional athlete, there isn’t one shoe that they don’t have or can’t get for you, and the logistics and service of how everyone flows together was very welcoming and the employee that serviced was very sweet and on top of what I needed and made the buying experience better for me and she also introduced me to the VIP program , which is the best service I’ve received for shoes, alot of times you do need a full 90 days to really tell if a shoe is going to work, for various reason and conditions, most stores stop at 30 days and that’s not nearly entirely enough time because your not running everyday, so I love the time roadrunner allows you to have.Cody,nikki and jeff have serviced me so far also ryan , they have done thr most professional jobAlso roadrunner is very stricked about quality control and I like going to a sports Or Store that doesn’t really give a damn about customer service life for example Dick’s Sporting Goods they dont give a damn about really serving you. They’re not professionals…… They think they are , there’s a difference so roadrunner not only are they professionals but the nurturing that and the generosity increases each time”
“Family owned & operated. Never met Bruno but his son and the sons daughter are awesome. If they don't have an answer for you they'll get it, if they don't have it in stock, they will order it. Been going here for the past 5yr and honestly don't go anywhere else. Plus they give a Military discount.

“Stopped into the At Home Fitness store in Gilbert looking to get some info about home gym machines. My 15 year old son was with me. We spoke to Brandon. Brandon listened attentively to our goals and then spent time talking us through some options. Knowledgeable, friendly, and no pressure. Every question we asked he answered effectively m. He addressed things of interest to both me and my son. He shared info about Labor sales incentives. Wrote up a quick quote and we were on our way. There was no pressure…just high quality info! I’d go back to this store without hesitation. When making an important purchase, this is how the experience should be!”
“Stellar experience and similar to my last time there - 20+ years ago. In the interim I have let my fitness subside and explained as much to Brett who was my 'guide'/sales agent there. All the people there clearly are runners/athletes/pros who know what they are doing. He casually chatted with me, picked up what he needed to know, watched me walk to the door and back and then I said I had to go but would be back. I did return 2 hours later (after lunch across the street :) and he was available and not only stoked me on the appropriate shoes but he steered me toward something that is a good fit AND was marked down making room for the latest and greatest of the same brand. He could have pushed me on the newest but knew in my current state I didn't need that.
I will definitely upgrade there and suggest anyone looking for actually mobility/running/jogging/trekking wear to go there. They price themselves against the webz so if you try to go online all you will achieve is missing out on pro advice and excellent service. Great place, highly recommended”

“Jared and Abby were amazing! This has been an incredible experience getting open water certified. They answered all of my questions and concerns prior to enrolling, walked us through the process and we're very engaging in the classroom and pool sessions. Our lake dives were just as phenomenal as the pool despite the water temp! They were both extremely knowledgeable and had an amazing approach to how the instructed! I walked away with my certification and the confidence to dive thanks to these two again instructors! I would highly recommend Phoenix Scuba! It was a great experience!”

“Our 95 year old mother and I visited Bowling Dynamics to get her a ball, as she wanted to resume bowling. We got the recommendation to go there as a manager at the local AMF lanes said that he goes there for all of their balls as their service is great. We went and Dave was incredible with his approach to fitting her, as she ended up with a lighter ball then she had before based on Dave's recommendation. I too ended up getting a ball as I will be bowling with her, and he again directed me to a great ball for a beginner who said he would quickly become good at bowling (I get competitive and refuse to let our mom beat me). We took her out the next day, and out of 5 games, she bowled a 160 in one of them - she couldnt remember the last time she had a score that high, and she said Dave was right as the ball felt great. Exceptional service and two very happy customers for life. Well done Dave, thank you.”

“I contacted Penn about a case of 24 cans of Pro Penn tennis balls that I had received from a 3rd party retailer. The issue was that 4 cans of balls had been damaged in transit (they had probably been tossed around in shipping or placed under something very heavy, and the pressurization seal was broken). I didn't notice this until a few weeks later when I selected the cans to play, (the case appeared normal when it arrived and I didn't bother inspecting each can). When I called Penn they said this happens sometimes, and the gentleman asked me for a ship-to address and they would send me 4 new replacement cans. They were very good about resolving this issue without any b.s. They didn't ask me to send them the defective cans or anything like that, no receipt, just my word. And they picked up their phones in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait on hold at all. So I am just writing this to say Kudos to Penn for outstanding customer service. Thanks! #winning”

“Great experience with customer service! Bought my first pair on On cloud shoes, as well as 2 for hubby. My right one squeaked said bad after only a few times wearing them. I had lost my receipt and when I went to store to see if anything could be done past the 30 days of when I had purchased them, The store was closed for the season. I pretty much thought I was screwed and stuck with a pair of shoes I could not wear because it was so obnoxious. I reached out ON and filed an issue for warranty but they said I needed an actual receipt. I called the store and they were open again! I spoke with the manager Jake and he said he was more than happy to either email me or print me out a copy of the receipt, but offered to have me just come into the store to make a return and pick same or different pair. I was so happy! I ended up with a different brand and the assistant manager, Jessica was so very helpful in me making my selection! Forever customer when management handles issues this well!”
