“Was visiting from Hawai'i and ended up buying a bike from Sun & Ski mostly because Dillon and Nathan in the bike shop were so incredibly helpful. They offered to box up the bike for me to check on my flight home after allowing me to ride the bike for a week on some of the great local trails. It wasn't until I got home and opened the box that I understood the care and time that had been put into packing the bike to be sure it wasn't damaged in transit. Truly exceptional service from beginning to end!! Mahalo Nathan and Dillon!”

“Stellar experience and similar to my last time there - 20+ years ago. In the interim I have let my fitness subside and explained as much to Brett who was my 'guide'/sales agent there. All the people there clearly are runners/athletes/pros who know what they are doing. He casually chatted with me, picked up what he needed to know, watched me walk to the door and back and then I said I had to go but would be back. I did return 2 hours later (after lunch across the street :) and he was available and not only stoked me on the appropriate shoes but he steered me toward something that is a good fit AND was marked down making room for the latest and greatest of the same brand. He could have pushed me on the newest but knew in my current state I didn't need that.
I will definitely upgrade there and suggest anyone looking for actually mobility/running/jogging/trekking wear to go there. They price themselves against the webz so if you try to go online all you will achieve is missing out on pro advice and excellent service. Great place, highly recommended”

They answered all of my questions and concerns prior to enrolling, walked us through the process and we're very engaging in the classroom and pool sessions. Our lake dives were just as phenomenal as the pool despite the water temp! They were both extremely knowledgeable and had an amazing approach to how the instructed! “I can not say enough about the incredible customer service I received from Bob at the Camelback store. My first call to him was back in October with questions on Aero Bikes, specifically a brand he did not carry. Bob took the time to explain and educate me on the difference between something you might purchase in a box and a piece of professional equipment, this was the first of almost bi weekly calls I made for months to get more information to make a informed decision. Fast forward to Middle of January my calls became more frequent looking for pre owned units, I was hoping that someone made a News Year Resolution that failed and returned a unit, no such luck. Bob was so patient and honest he even referred me to his competition that was more aligned with my budget. Finally last week after months of research and discussion I was able to buy a floor model, a professional piece of equipment that will last a lifetime. The whole experience could not have been more pleasant, the store is spotless and stocked with the finest fitness equipment for home, business or professional use and Bobs knowledge and experience makes the process seamless. “Our 95 year old mother and I visited Bowling Dynamics to get her a ball, as she wanted to resume bowling. We got the recommendation to go there as a manager at the local AMF lanes said that he goes there for all of their balls as their service is great. We went and Dave was incredible with his approach to fitting her, as she ended up with a lighter ball then she had before based on Dave's recommendation. I too ended up getting a ball as I will be bowling with her, and he again directed me to a great ball for a beginner who said he would quickly become good at bowling (I get competitive and refuse to let our mom beat me). We took her out the next day, and out of 5 games, she bowled a 160 in one of them - she couldnt remember the last time she had a score that high, and she said Dave was right as the ball felt great. Exceptional service and two very happy customers for life. Well done Dave, thank you.”
“Cleats have changed a bunch in the last decade and I wanted to try a variety of brands. Many are narrower and thinner materials. Even different predators fit vastly different on my wide feet. It was nice to have a wide variety of options to try at one place and pick out some that fit well. My family enjoyed looking around the store and found some kits they liked. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were so cool about my wild boys playing with balls in the store while I took my time finding cleats. They earned more business from me and I will go out of my way to come back here for my boys cleats when they need new ones. Awesome local business and great prices!”

“I contacted Penn about a case of 24 cans of Pro Penn tennis balls that I had received from a 3rd party retailer. The issue was that 4 cans of balls had been damaged in transit (they had probably been tossed around in shipping or placed under something very heavy, and the pressurization seal was broken). I didn't notice this until a few weeks later when I selected the cans to play, (the case appeared normal when it arrived and I didn't bother inspecting each can). When I called Penn they said this happens sometimes, and the gentleman asked me for a ship-to address and they would send me 4 new replacement cans. They were very good about resolving this issue without any b.s. They didn't ask me to send them the defective cans or anything like that, no receipt, just my word. And they picked up their phones in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait on hold at all. So I am just writing this to say Kudos to Penn for outstanding customer service. Thanks! #winning”

“I went yesterday 11/11/24 to purchase 2 tail gate toss games. Immediately when I walked into the store I was greeted by Frank. I let him know exactly what I was looking for and he showed me where they were. There was only one tail gate toss on the floor so he went into the back to check if they had more. He came back with 2 on a dolly, had me follow him to the register to pay and loaded them into my car! Frank was super friendly and very fast. Good job Frank!”
