Yesterday I went to exchange an item I called store head of time to ask since I didn’t have a receipt. They said bring my ID and they will give me Exchange lady who help us Sabrina was really rude just her attitude was not it . She was a supervisor with that attitude 🤦🏽♀️

This location is always closing before the hours of closing I was literally there at 8:50 and they said oh we’re closed . Is not acceptable !

We bought a $45 volleyball and it was damaged but they dont give warranty and they dont change it for you. They wanted to resolve the problem by giving me a 15% discount on another ball.

If I could, I would give 0 stars, everything was very good, but the lady named Gisselle treated us very badly, she was very rude, she answered us in a bad way when she charged us, I would definitely not return to that store….

Went in specifically for a pair of elbow pads that I needed for tomorrow morning. Staff was friendly and tried to help. I ended up purchasing two individual XL elbow BRACES. Hopefully that will allow me to add padding for my needs.

Employee doesn't seems to know much about items sold here and she sold me the incorrect item, ultimately she sold me the most expensive and incorrect one! And guess what, it was not returnable.
