For sure coming back for all my cars! Jackie and Isaiah hooked it up.
Brought my 4Runner in to mount some Mickey Thompsons and get an alignment, they made sure I got it all. Jackie hooked it up with new stems and took care of my old tires for me. They even came out to educate me on the size difference between my stock 265/70R/17's and the new 285/70R/17's making sure it would be a good fit. Got me back on the road safer than I was. Wish I came in more often in the past, but now I know where to go for my wheels. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

Arrived hoping to get my flat tire fixed only to be told there was nothing they could do. I was advised to visit another location on central. The gentleman that I spoke with was Juan. He became very argumentative and disrespectful. He thought it would be professional to include the customers in the lobby to our conversation seeking validation. I was verbally attacked to the point where someone from the back walked in and offered to look at my tire. I called the next day and spoke with the manager Jackie. I was advised that if I reported Juan to corporate then should wouldn’t do anything until she heard from them. Juan you’re a weak man if you think it’s okay to be aggressive with a woman.

Once a month, I come in to get my tires on my bike checked by Isaiah. He has been nothing but wonderful and has a positive attitude. Today I needed new tires for my car, he remembered everything about my bike and asked how I was doing. He is very knowledgeable about tires and what was best for my car. Awesome service from both Isaiah and Jacky. The waiting area is very clean. They offer a variety of snacks and drinks. Very professional. Best tire shop in the neighborhood. Looking forward to doing more business with these two amazing individuals.

Juan Jimenez cistomer service advisor provided HORRIBLE customer service. I called in and requested price for oil change on a 2020 VW jetta Juan quoted $49. And up on phone with 30 to 45 min to complete job. I informed I was in route. Once I got there price changed to $62.87 with no $49 option as quoted. Time frame was still same. One hour 30 min later I asked about my car he stated it would be out in 15 min. 30 min later I asked again he said they where having issues with my car. I said for an oil chang we are talking a plug oil and a filter not rocket science. He had an attitude all through out interaction, I asked what is the "Issue" he said he didn't know. I requested he ask. He then asked me to check "how I talk to him" I told him to check himself. Keep in mind this is all in front of Store manager Jackie Alvarez whom did 0. Two hours 30 min latter the so called issue was that they had problems placing filter on car... hope I do not have issue with the oil change. Not coming back to this location...

Horrible. Took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Told them not to mess with anything else and as soon as I left now there’s something rattling under my car and my breaks are making noise. Will never go back there.

Everytime i come in here, i am welcomed. They work with me. The whole crew is amazing and when i went threw a perosnal manner jackie paid for my service. Amazing! I cant even say thank u big i for finding and having such an angel like her!!
