My wife had to drop her car off because another Big o tires took The spare out of her vehicle and didn't put it back in when they place new tires on the rims. But these guys in this particular location did a great job no questions asked get in the corrected cuz we didn't have an appointment or anything left that we still got the car back by 2:00. Only paid for the extended service on the wheel they put it on and took care of us Great job guys

I've been getting my oil changed here and tires rotated for the past couple months and these guys are great! I drive for Uber so I need to get my oil changed at least once a month. The prices are fair. They don't try to upsell and I even caught them torquing my lug nuts, which was a pleasant surprise! You can trust these guys!

These guys saved our vacation!

I have only had good experiences at this location. They are also far superior to Discount, Firestone, and BrakeMasters. I never wait long, they are very thorough, friendly, and affordable. They also go above and beyond to check my car, recommend needed services, and refill fluids as needed. Highly recommend!

Brought my car in for an oil change today, had an appt at 1430, dropped it off around 11 and they called me around 12 to tell me it was done and let me know any recommendations. So fast! I declined the filters recommended and never felt pressured once. They even helped try to bend the metal splash pad back so it doesn’t stick out. Treno was very helpful and friendly, there was another person who helped as well but I didn’t catch his name- equally helpful! This was my first visit here, and I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Brought my truck in for an oil change. Guy was nice and didnt try to up charge me on anything. I heard the guy talking to other customers and he provided real advice and didn't try to pressure anyone into spending money on repairs they didnt need. Ill be coming back for my oil changes

We came in to this shop in an emergency when our car was overheating on a vacation and they got us in immediately. They did an inspection and when they didn’t duplicate the problem they didn’t try to sell us something . I appreciated their honesty and integrity.

I am a regular at Big O Tires on 22nd and Bell rd in Phx. The employees there are friendly and joke around which makes me feel like we’ve known each other for years. Their work is on point. The service is quick but done right. I’ve had no bad experiences with them. If I have questions on my vehicle I go there and they don’t hesitate to check out my concerns. I go there for my oil change and tune-ups not only my tires. They give different options when it comes to buying tires and are honest about which is the better deal. They care more about me than making money off me.
