Biltmore on the Lake is a tranquil, pet-friendly apartment community in Phoenix surrounded by miles of walking and jogging trails. Residents can relax in the lake-facing courtyard or unwind on a private balcony. The community has improved in many ways, with new management making it a place residents want to be. The property manager is great and has resolved concerns quickly, making residents feel heard and giving them faith that everything is changing for the better. The staff is patient and respectful with all residents.
However, some residents report issues with noise from neighbors and pets, describing disturbances at all hours. One specific apartment is noted as being close to a laundry room that attracts disruptive activity, even late at night, making it difficult to sleep. On a positive note, the maintenance staff is commended for being understanding, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and friendly, quickly fixing problems and making stressful situations better.

Not the greatest.we tryed paying rent and they wouldnt let us,saying we didnt pay the month before,then later realized that we did pay rent.then added a bunch of late fees which we shouldnt have to pay because it was there mess up.what is this world coming too?

I love living at Biltmore on the Lakes! The apartments are nice, the community is clean, and it’s a great place to live. The staff is also amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, and quick to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend living here!

Use to live here a lot of homeless people around the area selling stuff and having sex in area were you walk around and water heater always broken like every time worst place to leave stuff broken and always changing staff and people steal clothes inside the laundry room
