The meat quality is absolutely amazing, super tender and flavorful, with customers blown away by offerings like Wagyu New York strips, wagyu burgers, and filet mignon. They thrive on building lasting relationships and strive to produce local sustainable foods with a passion for craftsmanship. The staff are nothing but a delight, very helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They provide useful information and tips on how to cook. The establishment is a very clean looking hole-in-the-wall spot with all sorts of items including sauces, herbs, pasta, pickles, jams, and cooler drinks. Although they are small, they are mighty. Customers report getting a great deal, such as on their Filet & Surf and Turf offers, and find it to be their new go-to spot, definitely planning to return to replenish their stock. They are opening a new location in Gilbert to further serve the community.
Almost tempted to not leave this place such a good review just because I want to keep it a secret all to myself... But in all seriousness this is an absolute hidden gem, All the meat quality is absolutely amazing and every staff member I've interacted with has been nothing but a delight.

I popped into the store one day and loved it. I met the owner and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought a couple of Wagyu you New York strips and some wagyu burgers. One of the best things I've ever tasted and my wife even loved it. Definitely my new go to spot.

The service and products here are TOP NOTCH! I’m always excited to get my usual supply of filets which are delicious and they can always recommend something new to try for a special occasion. Highly recommend!
