“Our family loves the pork products from the Meatshop. We have been going here for years. The staff is helpful, and the selection of meats and cuts has grown over time. On the most recent visit I was looking for thick pork chops. They didn't have any in the case, so they cut me 4 chops right off the rack and vacuum sealed them for me. Great place to shop.”

“We started shopping at this meat market recently after hearing several friends recommend it, and the quality difference compared to regular supermarkets was obvious immediately. The cuts looked fresher, better trimmed, and much more carefully handled overall. Employees behind the counter were knowledgeable and willing to suggest preparation methods and cooking tips depending on what we planned to make. Compared to grocery store meat departments where service often feels rushed, this place provided a much more personalized experience. Everything we’ve purchased so far has cooked beautifully, and meals honestly taste noticeably better using ingredients from here.”

“It’s basically a head shop/smoke shop combined with a convenience and grocery store. They have a deli in the back, snacks, candy, all kinds of ramen, drinks, and the usual gas-station-type items, but they also carry a limited selection of actual grocery-store essentials. It’s not a full grocery store, but they definitely have more grocery options than you’d normally find at a gas station. Overall, it’s a really convenient combination of a smoke shop, deli, convenience store, and small grocery store all in one.”

“Not a Mexican meat market.It's a neighborhood convenience store which sells tabacco products and a array of "tabacco pipes" with a Mexican Cafe in the back of the store. The shopkeeper was nice and notified me that they accuired the building and others have been lead here looking for the carniceria too. The shopkeeper notified me of several shops in the area that would cater to my need.”
“Appointment time 0600 got a door at 0630. Was unloaded by 0800. Nice people. Very tight place I pulled in thru the car parking lot and exited the lot it made it easier for a sight sided back. Cannot head into the back lot not enough room to maneuver.”

“Carniceria La Hispana is a meat market/grocery store/restaurant/convenience store all rolled-up into one location. It's in a ghetto neighborhood, but they have the best home-made Mexican food - better than the places I've gone to in South LA. Everything is made from scratch. They use really fresh meat and give you really big portions. They have everything from quesadillas and ceviche to carne asada/carnitas/pollo tacos, Mexican soups, tamales, etc. The prices are very very good as well! They sometimes have specials that are a steal. It is very family owned so they accommodate the menu to your liking. If you want shrimp in your quesadilla, and even if it's not on their menu, they'll do it. You can also ask them to cook a piece of meat they sell in their meat market section. The 'restaurant' part of the store is in the back so many people oversee it. The seating is also limited so a lot of people order to-go.”

3 stars because they offer quality service but not 5 stars because I didnt find the quality of their meat very good for the price we paid the steaks were OK but the lobster tails that weren't freezer burnt were milky mush like they were dead before processing. Was not impressed with the beef sausage either tasted more like a hot dog than sausage. I really wish their product was better because they were super nice and friendly. I hope they can make some changes to better their product in hope of their future business. Unfortunately I dont think we will be back due to high price for not as high quality.”
