Had a very bad experience with a BMO branch in Gilbert, they closed my account and kept the funds for weeks, nobody was willing to help me, until I visit this happy valley branch and Sheelan Rashan went above and beyond, and with in a day the issue was resolved, thank you

Rocky Balkcom provided me with 5 star service when I came in to open my account. Will be recommending BMO to switch over too! Hard to find this level of customer service with other banks today.

Just wanted to give a good review, since they come few and far in between. My experience here was overall good. My late mother banked with BMO through all the names over 30 + years. I dealt with this branch after my mother's passing. They were extremely polite, professional, and accommodating under the circumstances.
