We liked and currently love our Brooklyn bed. The salesman, Al was nice, informative and not salesy. I love the fact the bed has replaceable topper. We can swap out the firmness if we like. Amazing benefit vs the other brands.

I had a really good experience at this store. I don't write a lot of reviews, but the customer service I received from the salesperson, Al, was so great that I needed to express it publicly. He was knowledgeable, asked genuine questions, and his relaxed demeanor made the entire process less challenging.

Truly the best mattress you can buy. They also have the nicest people really trying to help you, rather than make a sale. They are changing the mattress industry for sure!
