Made an appointment , but the car was not there. Had to wait over an hour. Was promised lunch to be paid while we waited. That did not happen. Music in the lobby was loud and not appropriate for us. Tried to make a deal. Numbers weren't quite there.

Kenny was a very friendly and super knowledgeable sales rep. He made the process smooth with little hassle. His jokes and stories from his family made the car buying process less stressful. I’ve had no issues with my used bmw thus far.
