I take geat care of my BMW’s, so I expect the same in return when one is sold to me.Paul the manager there and the sales rep told me that the people that had the vehicle before were the same as I was and within a week I had to stick $5200 into it when they had sold me a five series a month before and left me on the road twice they say they do a 31 point inspection but it’s very noticeable that they don’t for everybody Who’s got a great runner from there you’re lucky. They always say they’ll talk to somebody but if they wanted to be truthful, they would’ve called me back in and gave me a different vehicle at the same price but they don’t care they got you on the loan that’s all that matters.

This was our third BMW dealership we've worked with in the valley. We have been pleased with all of them. The pre-owned department at Chapman is small with no frills. But it makes for a morr streamlined car-buying experience. John was a down-to-Earth salesman who was enjoyable to work with. BJ and Giuseppe were also great to work with. We would recommend this dealership and will likely become repeat customers.

Bought a car for my birthday to try and cheer myself up put down 15,000 at this dealership on a 2021 BMW X4 just for the car to shut down 45 days later and them to offer me no type of refundAfter going back and fourth they only gave me back 1400 Couldn’t tell me what was wrong with the car Ut not worth shopping here they only care about the same horrid ke customer service

I'm on my third BMW. This Chapman location has helped me purchase two BMWs out of my lease. The last one I owned for 11 years. I just purchased a certified BMW X4M Comp from them as well. There was a small selection of certified X4s available when looking online, majority of them were white in color. I wanted either black or navy blue. They had the only black sapphire metallic, same color as my last car. It's the perfect vehicle for me. They are always fair and easy to deal with. Love working with them. Robert Mills was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Get this... just bought a '13 3 Series Coupe for $19G. Discovered one simple feature that didn't work (electric folding side mirrors) so went by to see if they would look at it. Salesman pushed the button a few times and then folded in by hand. Amazingly enough they still didn't work. He said there was no profit in the car to fix them. If it would have been newer then he would fix them. Then to completely go against what he just said, the salesman mentioned that it would be a simple fix if I took it somewhere else. If so simple, why not take care of it. I mentioned that it was told to me that this part of the car worked and was not broken when i bought it.. He then stated that if it would have been the next day it would be a different story. This purchase was made less than a month ago and I made note that this is not a feature used everyday and I now reported it right when I tried to use for the first time.Too many confusing messages and double talk to get out of standing behind what they sold me. Initial visit was ok and car overall is ok but this level of service seems unwitting for BMW even if my car is a '13. Careful of what they tell you and test follow up immediately on all aspects to make sure they don't screw you over on any minor topic.

Nick Falcon made the purchase of a beautiful certified BMW easy for a fair price. The management team was very fair with my trade. Finance, I forgot his name but provided BMW financing at a more than fair rate. Go get one!

The salesperson was great but finance overcharged us by $1200 and we didn't notice this until we got home. After calling the dealership we were told it would be taken care the next day, as we had not taken possession of the car. When we arrived the next day, we were seated in the managers office where he tried to convince us that the numbers were correct (with his creative math) which was complete crap! Either DO NOT BUY a car here or be ready to walk when they try to screw you after you make a deal that they will not honor. I was a new and used car salesman and I never seen such sleazy practices!!! What a shame as you shouldn't be treated this way at a BMW dealership. We purchased a new BMW at Chapman Camelback BMW new cars and had a great experience there! --------Please take notice that they haven't responded to ANY of these reviews----------

On March 14th, I made the mistake of purchasing a BMW X1 from Chapman Pre-Owned BMW. i was about to open school and felt rushed and pressured by sales the sales manager stating others were interested in buying the car and they brought it from Chandler for me to see. They kept talking about the great deal and how it would not be around long. Although I did say multiple times I think this is a sign I am moving to fast, I made the mistake of moving forward. Three days later, I reached out to BMW to explain I thought I made a mistake, and it was too small for my needs. I was told in a text message that once a deal in done in Arizona it is done, and they would do nothing to help me. That was not going to work for me, so I wrote a letter and sent it to every manager I could find at Chapman BMW. After much run around, I was told they understood the situation, and I could come purchase a different car without ANY penaties. I was not asking for a refund just a car that worked with my needs. I showed up the next morning to many apologies and wanting to make it right. At least that is what I thought! I found another car that was about $6000 more and that was fine. We love the car, but I was struggling with the paperwork with how they did the deal. Not to mention, the lack of trust I had due to what I had to go through to even have them listen to my concerns!!! Come to find out I was overcharged for the car by $712.78, at the time I thought it was over $1000. I went in to go over the deal with BJ Geisler, and was assured that the $712.78 was going to be reimbursed through my car registration refund for $216.14, and a check from the dealership for $496.64. I recieved the check from the dealship but registration only refunded me $139.12 leaving a balance owed to me of $77.02. I sent an email to the dealership and recieved no response until I stated that this would move in another direction if no responded to me in 24 hours. Today, I recieved an email from the general manager, Shane Ohanrahan stating our business is finished, and they would not send me the remainder of the money they overcharged me. Wow!! It was admitted they overcharged me but our business is done. Not acceptable! It may only be $77.02, but it is about the principal of the matter. In honor of all who this has happened to before me, I will not let this go. I am now sending all my documentation to my lawyer, the BBB, the media, and every other organization that will not back down to a big company that take advantage of their honest, hard-working customers. Sad, but I had to resort to threats of next steps which worked because they know what they did was wrong! Not once has anyone stated anything has been untrue or unreasonable. This is an example of what gives car dealerships a bad name. What about all the stress and nonsense caused by a dealership that lies and deceives. And Shane states that I have beraded them with my email, and he has been involved in NONE of this. Because you pressure people, overcharge them, have inconsistent numbers on the deals, agree to make it right and dont, and your the victim. More nonsense from a dirty dealership. They knew good and well what would happen with the car registration. Do they think this is a game? And in the middle of a pandemic? WRONG on so many levels. All I wanted was a car that worked for my needs and some integrity. Is that too much to ask? Well for Chapman BMW the answer seems to be YES!! Please get your deals looked over before doing any business with Chapman BMW and don't fall for their tactics to hurry you up to do the deal. That is there game! PROTECT YOURSELF! This is a ZERO STAR COMPANY! SHAMFUL IS ALL I CAN SAY AND SAD THAT THEY WOULD THINK THIS IS OK All those 1 stars and negative comments are true!! Believe them!!

The best customer service and car buying experience that I have experienced to date. Anthony G. and Mark B. were very easy to work with and simplified the purchase process for me. They were able to get me in and out very quickly which allowed me to enjoy the rest of the day with my new vehicle. I was very pleased with the purchase price and the thorough explanation of the vehicle and its features.

Went in to look at an X3 and left one happy girl!! I had a great experience thanks to the manager Anthony, he was very informative and helpful in helping me make a rather big decision. Highly recommend this place!
