Very disappointing, after waiting for the Loomis vehicle to service ATM for five minutes I went to the front and tried to withdraw “my” money, but the front of the bank and access to the other ATM was not working. What gives?

They make the ATM inaccessible and the drive up doesn’t work. This branch reinforces that chase doesn’t care about their customers anymore. Switching back to credit unions.
