Terrible service! Seems like a bunch of people are always more interested in interacting with each other than help bustomers behind the glass. The person sested at the entryway is ALWAYS on the phone and appears bothered by questions for diretions. Stopped by 2 weeks ago to se a banker, after waiting on the teller's line (!) for 20 minutes, I was told a banker will contact me to schedule one. Taking my business somewhere else.This is just ridicoulous at best!

Chase bank in Laveen got some fraudulent stuff going on and I am going to be reporting it anyways anytime I get money sent to my account a deposit they don’t show up so it’s really weird to me how my money don’t show my account but it’s successfully went through and then I’ll top of that. They don’t know how to answer their phones here no wonder they only have a one star.

No one answers the phone, impossible to call when you need something. It’s somehow always “busy” but when I drove down there no customers were there.

I hate banks and credit unions like this. Not only is the customer service terrible, but the ATMs are even worse. Let me at least deposit my cash don't need to talk to anyone. Can't even fix anything on your ATMs. They suck sorry to use that language but they truly suck. Maybe cuz it's like the south side. But still get it together. Chase sucks when it comes to this. Terrible.

Went to the bank I walked up to the front and the lady that ended up helping me did not say hi or even a word. I told her what I wanted to do, and yet she still did not say a word. She walked away and when she finally came back I asked if she found my account she said yes and said her computer wasn't working. Finished with my stuff and this girl did not say a word to me the entire time I was there only when I asked if she found my account. Poor customer service and the wait to get help was forever.

Horrible customer service “ branch manager “ IRIS is super rude and the atm always BROKEN reason for ATM for quick in and out not have to wait to speak to a teller this location makes my anxiety go through the roof

If I could give a zero I would. ATM took my money but did not take deposit. Back was closing and I tried to just ask a question to security he gave me the peace sign! I told him as I sat in my car please ask a lady what to do cause atm took my money and then shut down. They couldn’t even show concern. This is by far the worst

The rating is for Antonio Boone. That kid took two hours to get my dads account fixed and had to be transferred through countless people on the phone, but he kept at it and got it done. Wish they would give him the tools to do what the call center kept passing the buck in.

Poor customer service. Tellers need more training in this area. I went to a different chase bank and they were able to cash my check with just my photo ID whereas this branch on 51st Ave. and baseline wanted my photo ID and passport for no reason. Obviously, the manager of this location and the tellers are clueless.

I was a walk in to open an account. It was 1:28pm, their closing hour was 5pm. I spoke with a teller, asked about the wait time for a walk in. She stated the only one available had a 2pm & I can wait to be helped after her 2pm. I waited, another teller (male) approached me with an update around 2:45pm. That the female banker was taking a little long than expected & thanked me for my patience. I then see the manager Iris Murrieta walking around, stands with the male teller for what seemed to me more than 10min just talking & looking my way. The male teller approaches me for a 2nd time around 3:15pm. Tells me the banker that was suppose to see me after her 2pm might not be done anytime soon. I proceed by saying I’ll wait, because I really need to set up direct deposit. He walks away, maybe 10 min after the branch manager Iris approached me and tells me the same thing. I asked if she can help me with opening the account and setting up the direct deposit and she said no, apologized for not being able to help. Almost 2hrs of my time to the trash. It wasn’t even 3:30 & she assured me the banker couldn’t help me either because she had other things to get to instead of helping me. Hope you guys learn how to better invest in proper training to make sure this doesn’t happen in the future. Very discouraging for future walk ins. Only reason why I gave 1 star is because the security was polite & the male teller was professional, and the there is no options for NO STARS. I asked for her information, this is what she gave me.

Called customer service to file fraud on my debit card. Shut down old card and order new card so normal procedure. The d*** representative sent me wrong debit card for wrong account. I went inside to this branch and was assisted to see if we can link the new card to my individual account. Fine I get it they can’t. So they ordered me a new card. Got it today on 6-16-2023 and guess what? Got debit card for the wrong account again. What in the world is going on with Chase employees? So now have to wait for another card in the mail for the right account. Please don’t let it be for the wrong account again! Smh

Horrible customer service at this branch. They couldn't do a wire transfer for me today because of "low staff". They had a banker there and I offered to wait or come back later but they said I had to go elsewhere. I guess I just wasn't important enough. Oh and the banker? Well he was busy chatting on the phone.

I’m banking with chase and US Bank, went to this branch first to seek help the guy said they go by appointment only for what my need. Didn’t care what the situation is, he just goes by the book. Went to US bank on 35th ave and Southern ave with the same concern they also do it by appointment only but they listened to me and got me in without an appointment. You guys need to hire people that has some empathy and willing to listen to customers not people with experience but they don’t know how to treat customers.
