Costco Pharmacy is part of a large retail store known for its wide selection of high-quality, well-priced items. Customers appreciate the store's variety, including jewelry, mattresses, kitchen supplies, clothing, and a range of food options such as the best quality steaks, seafood, rotisserie chicken, and delicious cheesecake. The store is busy, especially during peak times, but visitors find it easy to navigate and often receive helpful directions from staff, who are friendly and smiling. Self-checkout is available with support staff present, making shopping quick and convenient. The store offers more than just groceries; customers can purchase batteries, tires, and other car supplies. The staff's pleasant attitude and helpfulness create a positive shopping experience. Many reviews highlight the value and selection available, noting that items are well-priced and of good quality. Visitors often plan their trips carefully to avoid heavy crowds, especially on busy days like weekends or pre-holiday times. The outdoor parking lot is large and usually has available spaces, and WiFi is accessible inside. However, some concerns are raised about the pharmacy. Prices for controlled medications have increased significantly, with one reviewer noting a jump from $66 to over $145 even with a coupon. They feel that the pharmacy takes advantage of vulnerable people relying on these medications, which causes frustration. Overall, Costco Pharmacy is seen as a convenient, busy, and diverse shopping location that offers great value, friendly service, and a wide selection of products, making it a popular choice for many shoppers.
I love the staff here. They’re always friendly and helpful. Insurance companies are constantly messing with people and they are understandably and help people find a path to getting their meds.
