There is little variety of articles specifically talking about telephones, and the staff are some very qualified in customer service and others are at the bottom, you have to be uniform in the training of the staff.

I was having the most difficult time with my phone trying to do a transfer of my personal things so I decided to call here, Jimmy answered the phone and was the most pleasant person ever he helped me fix my issue in less than 20 min with no problems at all. JIMMY you ROCK 🤘🏽 from now on this is going to be my home store great service.

I am dumbfounded as to why I ever switched away from Cricket. I was changing my plan back to their service, and the customer service was insane. Especially the manager of this location, Jimmy. He absolutely saved me so much pain with his help, and saved me so much money on my plan. Jimmy is a champion to say the least.

I went during "open" hours.
The OPEN sign was on.
I walked to the front door. To my disappointment IT WAS NOT OPEN!!
Get it together!!
If you're going to show you're open, someone needs to be working there.

I went in to ask Why I Got Charged 2 times for my December bill, it changed me the regular price I pay a month, But Then I Got Charged a Extra $99.00. The guy who was in there wasn't friendly nor helpful, It's Christmas time I have 5 grandkids, & sure could use that extra $99.00 for my grandkids,????

I will have only 3 stars because of the new management. I asked one of the clerks to help me with my new 5G phone I just purchased on Amazon. Unfortunately the clerk behaved indifferently. I stopped any business with Cricket and I switched to Mint Mobile.
