I will have only 3 stars because of the new management. I asked one of the clerks to help me with my new 5G phone I just purchased on Amazon. Unfortunately the clerk behaved indifferently. I stopped any business with Cricket and I switched to Mint Mobile.

They were able to help me figure out why my phone wasn't able to make or receive calls and they fixed the problem fast. I was very satisfied.
