Every single time i go for meds, the line takes a long time and i mean a long time, like at least 30 min long time with only a few cars. Today for exaple 3 cars 37min in line. Will definitely switch pharmacy.

Went inside and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while all three employees stood gossiping at the photo counter. Even the security guard looked surprised at their steadfast refusal to even acknowledge my existence. I walked out. Terrible experience, I'll never stop here again and don't recommend anyone else do either, spend your money elsewhere.

I guess it's against the law to look around at this CVS. I'm just browsing, killing some extra time I had and manager literally yelled at me down the isle and asked me "are you going to want any help or not." My shopping experience went to very upset as I'm being yelled at by staff like some child. I immediately left. I will not spend my money where I'm getting yelled at by employees. CVS should really invest in having their employees complete some kind of customer service training. Here's the real icing on the cake. As I'm leaving the manager then accuses me of stealing. Let's just say myself, family and friends will never be shopping at this location and every other CVS ever again.

Fry's no longer takes my insurance so I called this morning. I called 5 different times. Each time they put me on hold. The first call was at 1:18 pm today and they had me on hold for a few minutes and hung up. I called back, same thing. I called back they put me on hold immediately until 1:30 hit and then transferred me to the from as they went to break. Called back after two only to be put on hold again. Hung up. I called back one more time and was put on hold immediately again and waited for over ten minutes where I was transferred to the front again and when I asked to speak to the pharmacy I was transferred back and I was FINALLY able to talk to someone only to find out they don't take my insurance either. I went to the hospital two days ago and I have bronchitis. I can't breathe and I'm just trying to get my rescue inhaler. You guys are rude and inconsiderate. And I wouldn't be writing this review but none of the reviews for this place are positive in any slight sense. Come on guys we're humans in need that's why you're a pharmacy. To help people. Step up. Because if you couldn't breathe and we're in need this isn't how you would want to be treated.

The skinny manager tried using a shitty sales tactic on me that's getting him a bad review as bad as his sales pitch. He refused me let me deposit my money without having a rewards # LOL. Said it's a new policy as of last week. Told him I was there yesterday and didn't need one. Still refused bc he needs to meet his numbers LOL, i said I'll go elsewhere and he said it'll be the same everywhere. We'll. I went down the road and they let me deposit my cash no questions asked and did not need a rewards #. Hope u hit ur goal bud! Get a better sales pitch. Ever hear of "actually dw I can override if u don't have one" not just give the customer an ultimatum lmao this isn't the car business it's cvs sir.

If I could rate this less, I would. The snarky attitude, the incompetence, the lack of manners, are what caused me to pull all of my prescriptions and find another pharmacy. Our insurance company even said that they didn’t even try to verify and the tech was trying to charge me over $150 on two prescriptions. Never again-buyer beware because you’ve been warned.

Special thank to Michelle at Peoria and 35th Ave location, she was very patient and helpful to get the passport photo for my autistic son. She tried so many techniques to have him still to get the pictures and thank God it turned perfect

On July 4th I went to the hospital this am and was given a few prescriptions, I had them sent to this pharmacy. I checked the automated system and they were ready just after one pm. I made it to the drive thru at 1:36pm and a automated recording came on saying the are on break until 2pm and to return after 2. I could see two women working so I waiting a few minutes ya know just in case they could help and nada. I returned at 2:09 and they were completely closed. It is absolutely frustrating to have an automated system advised me to come back at 2 PM and when I return at 2:09 they are closed. I obviously have to wait until tomorrow to receive my needed medication. Truly disappointing experience.

Came here to pick up some photos. Not a soul in sight. No cashier at the front register. Photo area empty. It was odd because I walked around several aisles. Asked a lady (customer) in the back of the store if anyone's working here. She said "I haven't seen anybody." So I kept looking, to the furthest end of the store & found a female employee stocking some shelves. I told her I'm there to pick up photos. She said she'd send someone over. Another 10 minutes passed by before a nice young girl came to help. She's the reason for the 2 stars. She rang me up then immediately headed to the line of folks waiting at the front register. What should've taken me 5 minutes actually took 20 minutes... to pick up 8 dang pics. Sheesh

Same problems as everyone else. This place is literally impossible to reach by phone. I've been trying to log into website all this week and keep getting told password is invalid, a password I just changed last week because of same problem. June 5th I renewed a prescription by phone and message said pickup 8 june no specific time. Stopped by today at about 115pm and was told come back at 200pm it would be ready then. Three days wasn't long enough I guess. Easy solution to the problem folkd, go somewhere else, which is what I'm going to do.

0 stars. I been on hold for 55 min now. I've tried calling 3 times since they been opened this morning. Not a single time have they answered phone. I'm going to report this pharmacy. I'm disabled and have a hard time getting around. This has become a massive problem for me.Someone finally answered and was extremely rude.I need to switch pharmacies asap

Please don't waste your time here at their "pharmacy" go anywhere else but here because they just do not care and are very rude. My son's original prescription was sent to the location on 19th ave and Thunderbird. They informed me they did not have the breathing medicine in stock but they would be able to locate a nearby CVS that did and send the prescription to them so they can fill it. I was told to give them an hour and than call. I waited about 2 hours because their lunchtime interfered than I called them up only to get rudely told they had no idea about my son's prescription and the name wasn't in the system and that the other CVS was "lying" and they couldn't "find" a different location that had the medicine because they aren't allowed to do that. Yet, afterwards said he did in fact find the prescription but still was not able to help me and I had to call someone else for help or the original location. I was in shock because I knew, from the other CVS, that they can at least check the system for a different location that could have it in stock. I thought it was very rude and disrespectful and if they do not want to help the people who are bringing them service than why work there in the first place? I had to call the original location back and they were even surprised and they were able to help me again thankfully and send me to a different location within a couple mins. I think this location needs training and tips from the Thunderbird location ASAP. Just don't go here.

I was just in this location this evening. Just like many times I have been here there was not a signle associate insight . It is almost like they are sitting in back not watching the store. We bought some candy that was supposed to get 50 % OFF and the self checkout did not give me my discount. Again no associate insight to help with this issue. I'm not going to lie I kinda feel like this location just stole $1.75 from me. An hour before closing where are you??

This has been definitely the most unpleasant experience at a pharmacy I’ve ever had I come here to pick up medication for my father and every single time I have come here the staff is rude they’re out of stock they don’t tell nobody. The pharmacist slams the window in my face literally when trying pick up medication after receiving a message, it was ready and then show up and say it’s gonna be 30 minutes. I wouldn’t even trust this trash of a pharmacy with my dogs prescription
