CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are limited to eligible individuals, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays. Customers have had mixed experiences at CVS locations. Some have reported issues with prescription processing and mistakes made by the staff. However, others have been pleasantly surprised by the sale prices, which they found to be better than big box stores. Customers have also praised the friendly and helpful staff, with one manager in particular, Miguel Martinez, being singled out for his excellent customer service. On the other hand, one customer had a negative encounter with an employee named Tracy Jankans, who was described as rude and argumentative. This customer contrasted Tracy's behavior with Miguel's, stating that he is a "model manager" who provides "much needed stability and kindness" to the store. Overall, while CVS has had some issues, the company also seems to provide good value and customer service in many cases, particularly when employees like Miguel are on hand to assist customers.

The front store staff is friendly. The pharmacy is the awful. The staff don't care about their job they have an attitude like customers are an annoyance. It's been like this for 3 years. They need to hire people that actually care.
