Just left the store, it 9:16 ( 04/17/24)pm and the guy work tonight is very rude and inconsiderate. I asked him a simple customer service question regarding my cvs number and he was very rude and arrogant as he walked away from me with a word. You don't like working with people then jus don't accept the job offer.

Don't use this pharmacy. A pharmacy employee accessed my personal information yesterday from their database, and is sending me, on Messenger, harassing and threatening texts. I've contacted an attorney, but please be aware that the pharmacy techs feel free to note your very personal information, and send you threatening texts. An extreme and illegal violation.

Waited on the phone 35 minutes to talk to a pharmacist about a prescription they keep trying to fill, but which was cancelled 2 months ago (after they failed to get prior auth, although another pharmacy got it done in ONE day!). This is poor customer service and poor medical care. I'm switching to pharmacy where they care about what they do.

I gave them another shot, because they are close. They still suck. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I'll drive to Tijuana for medication before I drive here again.

I would put 0 stars if I could . I arrived around 530 today not knowing they close at 6. Mind you this is my first time putting in an order here at the pharmacy. The employees were cool at first although when i arrived they said it would take 20-30 to fill out the paper work . so I waited. In that time frame they were closing at 6 and the employee didn't inform me of that and I didn't get my medication. Im not sure why the pharmacist didn't inform me of that after i waited. when I walked back up to the window he was very rude and proceeded to make it seem as if it was my fault. Either way I still didn't receive my medication and had very rude customer service . In my opinion you shouldn't work in the healthcare industry if you are going to be rude to people that are already going through a hard time.

I’m standing at the pharmacy and all 5 employees just stood there looking at me including the manager, same lady attending to drive thru had to leave her spot to finally ask what I need. CVS do better.

Pretty much every experience I've had at a cvs store or pharmacy has been terrible since they started opening up here. If you want you or your loved one to die from not getting necessary medications, then I recommend it. Why don't you have medications? Isn't that what a pharmacy does? If you can't get it why don't you contact me so I can go elsewhere instead of pushing my pickup back one day at a time until it becomes an emergency situation and a non-cvs pharmacy has to scramble to pick up your insane slack. The pharmacist was also rude to me the one time I met him. I have only done business with cvs a handful of times and it was way too many

It’s comical how badly this pharmacy location messes up prescriptions. I always forget to update my pharmacy and sometimes a prescription of mine is sent there, when it is I know they will either be out of stock, have an issue with my insurance, or it will take 2-3 days to fill. There is never a time where I just come in and get it without issue. There’s obviously something wrong with management there and everyone that works there looks like all of the happiness has been drained from their bodies. It’s likely their manager is awful and they just have to deal with angry customers all of the time because of the illogical process they operate on.Anyway, thanks for the memories, CVS!

I came in yesterday morning around 9:30am to get some medicine, because I wasn’t feeling very well. I had on a coat and hoodie under it. Unfortunately, I guess I didn’t look the part to be treated with respect, for I was assisted by a young lady name Alanys who very rude and spoke very sharpe to me. I explained to her I’m not a bum, I’m just sick. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and even after taking my cvs number to receive my discount, she still charged me full price for the product. I came back today and spoke to the manager Frank and I informed him of what happened. Frank then informs that my number was never put in the system. I just asked for a full refund. I’m really confused on how ppl who work at CVS feel that they have the audacity to judge or look their noses down on someone. I bet you weren’t expecting me to be a secret shopper/local influencer. I see why this store has an overall 2 star rating. It should be a 1 star rating. So, here is my review to make sure this store gets its correct rating. But to you Ms. Alanys I do command that your negative evil energy be returned to you 100 fold.

I came in for many items. Pharmacy is always busy and slow.Then I shopped in the store for about a dozen more items and went to check out. There was a very rude girl on the register in the front. She had no personality and was not polite at all. She was rude and condescending despite my friendly demeanor. She insulted me several times and all I wanted to do was leave the store. I should have asked for the manager but I just wanted to leave. She was rude in front of my daughter as well. My daughter asked why she was so mean to me when I was so nice. I told her that maybe she was having a bad day. I will not be shopping in this store ever again. We were there today, November 16th at 5:03pm and the receipt didn't say her name. It said register 4, cashier #0000011. I feel bad that she hates her life so much but that doesn't give her the right to be rude to polite customers and drive business away.

This is my regular pharmacy. They are always so helpful and answering all questions. Brandon is the new pharmacist here now. Nice to meet him!! Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Dee. She was so helpful and made sure my refill was available. Thank you to this great staff!

Easily the worst cvs pharmacy. Told me my RX would be ready yesterday, went to pick up yesterday and they told me they can’t fill any prescriptions and it will be ready tomorrow. Three days to fill an RX is absurd.

Zero stars should be an option. It’s impossible to get a script filled here, there’s a different pharmacist every time you go and most of them are rude.
