Can't speak to anyone about questions about a potential prescription. AI phone system only let's you leave voicemails. Won't be using CVS for prescriptions if they cant have simple customer service

The store apps and systems and text messages doesnt work if communication is needed between the patient and pharmacist and the CVS corp. Has removed the phone number to call in. Total bs.
