Came in looking for a dump trailer. Friendly staff, no bs pricing games, to the point, and no pressure. After a few hundred miles I found that the coupler was loose and would pop off the ball with enough pressure. Definitely a manufacturer issue but upon contacting them they took it in for service and replaced the coupler... read full comment
