I toured the Derby looking for an apartment in the Phoenix area, the derby was a top choice! Sam gave me a tour and was very professional and helpful, answered all my questions and followed up with me later on to make sure that I had everything I needed!

SAM WAS FANTASTIC! Went in for a tour and really liked the place but honestly the front desk guy, Sam was super helpful. The guy definitely knew what was up, and he had answers to all my questions! All around solid experience.. submitting my application ASAP.

Shaun is great! Friendly and gets the job done quickly. He explains what he’s doing and makes sure everything’s working before he leaves. Really appreciate his sense of urgency.
