This is absolutely absurd! I've been waiting in line for 45 minutes!!! These rental car companies have to do a better job of checking people in and handling peak times. FOUR employees serving 100 customers!!!!!!!!

Waited 2 hours for pre-approved pickup. Don’t bother with this place go elsewhere. There’s no accountability and the employees have no idea what’s going on.
