“Josh is the best! Best service ever from a rental car company. I rent a lot of cars through Enterprise typically picking up at a different location. I was reluctant to try this location due to concerns about limited availability and my need for a larger 7 passenger SUV, Josh helped me get a nice newer Palisade and it was a very nice vehicle. He also stayed late to let me drop off minutes before closing. After that, he gave me a ride to the body shop. And even after that, I realized that I lost an important item in the rental car. He stayed late to let me search the car and I eventually found it under the seat. Give this guy a raise and or a promotion soon. Hard to find people nowadays that can provide excellent service like this!!”

“I've been renting from the Enterprise location on Camelback Road and 27th Avenue for more than five years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've tried other locations, but the customer service here is by far the best.
The vehicles are always clean, reliable, and ready when I need them. Every employee I've worked with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
Last year, I was involved in an accident with one of my rental vehicles. I was nervous about returning it because I thought I'd face a lot of extra charges or even be told I couldn't rent from Enterprise again. Instead, the staff treated me with kindness and respect. They explained everything clearly, helped keep my out-of-pocket costs much lower than I expected, and even made the process of getting into another rental vehicle as smooth as possible.
That experience showed me how much they truly care about their customers. I'm still renting from this location today, and I'll continue to do so. If you're looking for great customer service and dependable vehicles, I highly recommend the Enterprise on Camelback Road and 27th Avenue.”

“This was our first time renting with Sixt. Two words - customer service. Wasn't sure what to expect but they had a good online rating so we decided to give them a try. Ricardo was great, and hooked us up with a free upgrade. At pickup there was no line so we went right up to the front. Ricardo was helpful and professional and went above and beyond to get us into the correct size of vehicle. Which got us an upgrade into a BMW. Vehicle is perfectly clean and looks brand new.
The lot the lot attendant was pleasant and greeted us and offered us some bottled waters. As we drove out they have a system that appears to video the entire vehicle as you leave. I presume this will access any vehicle damage that existed prior to pickup. Nice to have the peace of mind that you will not be held liable for something that was there prior to pickup.
To sum it up, excellent experience. I'll be using them again in the future.”
“Everything you'd dream of having for a spot in the city! A friendly corner Goodwill for discount goods and a Circle K for sweets and drinks. There's a smoke shop tucked round the side of the strip for trinkets and currios to satisfy any afternoons' frivolity. The cool cement awnings provide plentiful shade for shoppers coming and going and privacy for those on foot. An intriguing and entertaining library can be found across the intersection along with a variation of restaurants and fast food joints. Fry's foods graces one of the intersections four corners for the locals convenience and access to Kroger goods. Walgreens pharmacy with drive-through available for mobile customers and intersection totally accessable to the bus routes for shoppers on foot. I didn't get to ALL the businesses I love here but I've typed enough.”
“The van was great, however, the company decided to close their location in Pheonix right before our trip so we had to change our drop-off city to another state. The person in charge of this decision pressured me to act quickly and I ended up getting screwed on my return rental costs. Bottom line, I would not choose to use this company again.”

Finalized the details on Sunday and picked up my new car on Monday. Having been in the automotive business for over 30 years, Patrick you are first class and Penske Automotive I'm sure knows they're lucky to have you. You were ever so patient, answered all my questions and not once did you exhibit anything but 110% professionalism. Worthy of 10 stars if the scale went that high. For anyone looking at any of the 5 or 7 brands that Patrick represents, he most definitely is your guy. The Sales Manager Burkhardt, (please please forgive the spelling) was most gracious tending to any and all needs to make the experience even more over the top. Little touches in his position that he was gracious with was more than appreciative. And finally Alexandra putting my gate code decal on my headlight with the most steady hands was a very nice touch. “Did not have to wait in one line but another to get car. Didn’t wait long. Showed confirmation and they directed us to a line of vehicles to choose from. Had plenty of time to load our things and get oriented to the vehicle out of the way of others. Car was a little dirty on the outside and slightly hard to see out windows in some areas, but not too bad. Husband tried to remove it, but it would not, possibly some sort of wax. Drop off at another location was slightly confusing, but got sorted out fairly quickly. No Alamo marked drop off spots available at FAT airport left. Dropped in another spot. Inside we waited in line, but did not need to, only needed to drop keys. Finally a counter worker gave instructions. Van was big and roomy for our needs. We had no problems as it drove well other than previously mentioned. Would recommend for a vacation rental.”
