“Pros: we are so so happy with this company. My husband says we will never use another company ever again. Greater right away by several employees. Counter service was quick. Escorted to our car. Check out downstairs was fast. All the employees smiling. We love our rental car. Good quality. Well maintained. Cons: this was more expensive than the budget companies but not by much. We have learned to stop using cheaper companies years ago. Those other companies are not worth the hassle.”

“My wife had to travel to Phoenix due to a family medical emergency. Travel was unpleasant due to a winter storm -- stranded overnight in Dallas, multiple changes of flights to reach Phoenix, and near chaos in airports.Getting a vehicle seemed likely to be the same. I had reserved a car, but my wife could not use it because I was not with her. I called this office to see if they could help, and suddenly travel got better. Logan assured me my wife would get the vehicle once she changed the rental to her credit card. Cory was also helpful in this.My wife relayed back to me that everyone in that office was very helpful, cheerful, and professional. Also, when my wife needed to extend her rental they made that happen too. All of this was very much appreciated to experience during a trying and sad time.”

“Pretty good service and onboarding. We got upgraded to a brand new car, and it was nice! They have different fuel payment options to choose from. They need your driver's ID and insurance proof, but you can also add their protection services for an additional fee. We did an additional driver for an extra $15/day. Total came to around $500 for 4 days, for two drivers in a Sedan with protection services (fuel excluded).”
