Hours: Dollar Tree in Phoenix, AZ offers a wide variety of affordable products, making it a popular choice for everyday essentials and seasonal items. Customers appreciate the store's great inventory, with many finding good deals on household staples, health and beauty products, cleaning supplies, party essentials, food, toys, and seasonal décor. The store provides value and convenience, with friendly and helpful cashiers and well-managed staff. Some reviews highlight the store's cleanliness and good management, especially from staff members like Shayla and Crystal, who are praised for their service. However, the neighborhood around the store has experienced challenges, including homeless camping in the parking lot, which has affected the area but not the inside of the store. Customers also note that some items now cost $5 or more, which is disappointing since Dollar Tree is known for its low prices. There is concern about the store's stock levels, with some shelves appearing barren at times. Overall, the store maintains a reputation for good service and affordable prices, though a few customers wish the store would stick more closely to its dollar pricing and avoid turning into stores with higher prices. Despite some issues, Dollar Tree remains a go-to for many seeking value and everyday essentials.
