“I like this store because it has a good selection and quality products for being a dollar store. Cashier Karen was super helpful and very nice. I would point out the coolers need some cleaning . It looks like mold in the soda coolers. For that reason I got juice. That would be my only thumbs down. I hope the management see this and gets the job done, as well as giving the cashier lady a raise for going above and beyond”

“It was a very nice store. It was clean, the shelves were well stocked. I got some of what I needed. And things were well labeled. they had phone chargers, soup, plant milk, sugar, oven mitts, big stirring spoons and a lot of really helpful things. They also had a little carousel, where you could get reading glasses. The lady there was very friendly and nice. I would definitely go back”

Recently, I went to check out some of their items and was startled at the total makeover that this store has had! I was amazed at being able to purchase all of my cleaning products, for a quarter of the price I'd pay at Walmart. I did begin to ask myself why I was spending such an enormous amount of money at Target, and Walmart; when I could be purchasing so many of these items at a fraction of the price.
I had a hard time thinking of what they did not offer. They offer beauty products, pet food and products, cleaning products, art supplies, birthday party items, children's toys, clothing, etc...
Go in and check out the new store as it sincerely looks great after its remodel!”
“Because of the variety pf products available, I purchased more than what was on my list. There was one person stocking the shelves that was quite helpful in locating a few items and several really nice customers offered to help me bring my packages to my car. Overall it was a delightful experience.”

“Everytime I come to this location I’m followed around and harassed. Chris was late this morning and already charged up when I walked in with my blessing bag. I had my music on and she proceeded to tell me to leave my bag at the front. I did not hear her as I wasn’t planning on stealing anything just going to get a pot. She chased me down and proceeded to tell me leave my bag at the front. I told her I just came to get a pot and she proceeded to have a tantrum. She never speaks to me when I come in but other guests are spoken to. Then she told me I could never come back to her store while clapping her hands together. “I have been in this store several times. It is a typical Dollar Tree with typical Dollar Tree items for sale. I came in for lipstick, glue stick, and correction tape. They had 2 of the 3 items I needed.
I came back a few days later to get pouches of microwaveable rice. There were only 3 types to choose from, and they were more expensive than at Walmart. I decided not to buy any. I'll wait until I can get to Walmart.
The store seems really crowded, but I guess that's because there's a lot of merchandise shoved into the place.”

I want to take a moment to recognize Aaron at the Dollar Tree on 35th Avenue and Thunderbird.
In a time when truly exceptional customer service can sometimes feel like a thing of the past, Aaron consistently goes above and beyond. Every time I’ve been in this store, he has demonstrated an elevated level of patience, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the people he serves.
Today, I watched him go out of his way to help a gentleman, and it really stood out to me. What impressed me even more is that this isn’t an isolated occurrence. Aaron has consistently treated customers with a level of respect and compassion that is becoming increasingly rare. He maintains that composure and kindness even in situations where, honestly, I’m not sure I would have had the same patience.
Aaron appears to be a very young man, but the maturity, discernment, and professionalism he demonstrates are remarkable. He carries himself with the wisdom of someone far beyond his years, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about doing his job well and helping people.
I sincerely hope Dollar Tree recognizes and appreciates what they have in him. Employees like Aaron are an incredible asset to a company, and they deserve to know when their efforts make a difference.
