I booked the Rise Uptown for my Husband's graduation. The staff was helpful with accommodations for early arrival. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was so nice and spacious. The Rooftop was closed (disappointed). But the bar/restaurant had great light bites and drinks. The pool area was super clean and tranquil. I wished we were there longer to enjoy more.

I can't believe how amazing my service has been since arriving at the hotel. The manager and the front desk staff have made this such a great experience. The Popsicles are a must try ? This will now be my go-to hotel when booking in PHX. Thank you to everyone for setting the bar high when it comes to my hotel expectations.

Very nice hotel, spotless and clean. Spacious room, nicely decorated and well equipped (fridge, TV, air conditioning, wifi). Superb bathroom with toilet. Furnished balcony. Very pleasant outdoor swimming pool with cocktail bar. Free on-site parking. Second rooftop bar. Breakfast not included, too bad, but there is a possibility of catering within walking distance. Welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend without worries!

Unique property. A little oasis in the heart of Phoenix. Super friendly staff. Great pool and on-site coffeeshop. Room decor evokes a nostalgic feeling. One recommendation: please do something about those noisy desk chairs. Other than that, Rise Uptown Hotel is a great place to stay.

Love staying at this hotel! The rooms are airy and bright with mid-century modern furnishing. Boozy popsicles upon check-in, and a poolside bar with fun drinks and food. The location is great and is next to a cafe, restaurant, bookstore/bar, and Cartel coffee.
Karla at the front desk was so sweet and helpful too!

Check in was easy, they did take a deposit that took about 3 days to release. I must have missed in the details on Hopper, but luckily it wasn't a big deal. Room was great, I liked the retro kitsch, different than any other place I've stayed. Will most probably stay there again in the near future.

Everyone at Rise Uptown was so friendly from the moment we checked in. The bar staff by the pool was wonderful, and we really enjoyed how relaxing the atmosphere was. The room itself was very nice with all the amenities you could need. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a fantastic bookstore right next door.

Overall the hotel was great! From the initial check in to check out! All the Staff was super friendly and helpful! The complimentary popsicles were out of this world!
The bartender at the Lylo provided great service and conversation!
The rooms were wonderful cold! Nicely furnished. Beautiful shower!
Nearby activities: There is a great bookstore/wine bar combo next door that has a great selection and friendly staff.
Food and drinks: The tacos at Lylos was delicious! Highly recommend!

The facility tags on an additional fee of around $30 per night. If your booking online and think you have finished paying...you have not. I spent two days trying understand what this fee was for and why they were charging for this. I was told this included parking...we don't have a car. It included two cocktails...my wife is pregnant and we don't drink...and wifi...who charges for wifi. I spend two days attempting to get ahold of management. The manager never got back with us. We will never stay with the business again.
